George Skouras (New York Attorney and Independent Scholar)
The author is a New York Attorney and an Independent Researcher and Scholar that uses an interdisciplinary approach in his research. He has published in the following domains of inquiry: Law, Jurisprudence, Constitutionalism, Democratic Theory & Philosophy, the nature of historical inquiry as well as the other Social Sciences. Earlier in his career he also published on the nature of land use law and toxic and hazardous substances. He worked towards his Ph.D. and studied for many years at the New School for Social Research: The Graduate Faculty of Political & Social Science which is a transplant of the Frankfurt School. It moved to New York City from Frankfurt, Germany early in the 20th century.
